About me
Hi I'm Aidan! Around the age of twelve, I found an interest in stop-motion animations and loved making them in my spare time. After school, I attended NAIT from 2017 to 2021, learning about the entire Video Production Process and graduating with a diploma in Digital Cinema.
While building my business, I worked part time at Starbucks, where I developed strong customer service and communication skills (and a bit of a coffee addiction). I also worked for a national video production company, filming real estate, interviews, and promotional content for businesses.
Both experiences taught me a lot, but I always found myself enjoying the work I was creating for my own clients the most. Eventually, I decided to take the plunge and pursue MacLeod Media full-time.
Featured Documentary Project
The project involved 5 hours of pre-production, 16 hours of filming over multiple days, and 67 hours of post-production, including collaboration with a translator for accurate English subtitles.
The final film captures the depth and philosophy of Uechi-Ryu through an authentic, cinematic lens.
